A building fire Friday night in Highbridge left 10 people hurt, according to the FDNY.
Officials say the fire began around 10:30 p.m. on the first floor of the structure between Jesup and Shakespeare avenues.
It took 30 minutes for crews to extinguish the flames.
Authorities say three of the individuals that were hurt are in serious condition.
Three firefighters were also among those injured.
The fire marshal is investigating the cause of the blaze.
